THE SYSTEM IS INCREDIBLY WASTEFUL, ESPECIALLY GIVEN THE LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY BEING SPENT. HOWEVER, DUE TO THAT WASTE, THERE IS ALSO OPPORTUNITY PRESENT.
