Definitely sounds like something that should be incorporated.
Yes,something like that should be mandatory,and im sure there will be.
I think even before joining,there will be some kind of check,to see if really are expert at some field.
Yes,there should be some background check,but maybe that would be too complicated to do.

So if I am the user, it means the person I found will go to my place and do the job for me? That is how it works?
