It wasn't illegal, they weren't disqualified for that. All Binance said was voter manipulation, there were screenshots of loads of accounts being spun up which implied bots and allegations were thrown both ways (ELA and WPR). Bots were likely in play...it is what it is though, it ain't end of the world...moving on.

btc and eth is going down ,this is the another main reason why price dropped ,not only bounty hunter dumped their token

Agreed, it would take a lot more tokens than the bounty hunters received to just dump the price down.

You still have profit from token you earned through Wepower bounties campaign if you sell it with ETH rates. As far as I know, the current price is higher 30% than the ICO price in the ETH rates. You can sell if you need to have money for your life. But for me, I am still holding until WPR reached $1.

I myself is bounty hunter but i'm hodling it!. Anyways the market is red so Devs has a good reason to distribute tokens to their investors and bounty participants. I think We power will get $1 soon or more.

There is the link to official announcement of the winner but nothing explained in details what reason. Maybe they took this promo to get paid for voting as manipulation the whole system and that's why ELA and WPR are out from this list.
