This was very good article with very detailed information about the project and future auction and everything related to it. This was published in first week of the month but went unnoticed because of the swings appearing in the markets these days. First auction of those 300 MW taking place in November will be real marketing for the project to bring it in notice of many people.
Yes, really enjoyed the concise answers from Nick, explained things really well.. Which is no surprise, we've all heard him talk passionately about WePower during each of the AMA's

Nope, the platform isn't live yet. There are pilots in Estonia ongoing, but the first phase of the live WePower platform is planned for November, launching in Spain and Australia.

That is nice platform to keep eye on upcoming event of our favorite project. I always like to check this regularly to see if something event is coming near future. I hope WPR will perform wonderful like they are making progress and moving forward this platform on fast track.

This video should be watched by those may loose faith because situation is much more difficult than expected as this decline isn't stopping nowhere. Only tokens with real use case and backed by strong teams will survive and WPR holders needs to take a break from the market. This project has to stay and grow in future this friendly reminder to those who have not seen previous bearish waves.

Energy resource availability itself is not always the determining factor.
The future for Spain’s solar market looks much brighter.
Already in 2017 newly installed solar power has reached 135 MW, compared to last year that’s a whooping 145% increase. While most of that capacity came from self-consumption and off-grid projects, large solar parks are also catching up. In an auction held in July of 2017, the Spanish government allocated a total of 3.9 GW of solar power, all of which is set to go online by the end of 2019. Spain is certainly on the right track to become the leading solar energy market in Europe.
This is really a country with good potential and prospects in the development of solar energy, so I wish the project success in the development of this market.
Absolutely, Spain always has been the solar capital of Europe and it only makes sense that we start using it to generate some electricity. I'm surprised at how low those numbers are, given that WePower already has 300MW of production ready to auction with more to come later this year.
Yes, I was also a bit surprised at such a low figure for a country with such a great potential, but I think with time these capacities will increase, including thanks to companies like this, I hope so, because in our time, when the consumption of electricity constantly grows, then alternative ways of extracting it are very necessary.
