I have been going through the whitepaper and just noticed that the tokens are convertible to company shares? That sounds nice but what is the difference between a "company share" which is a security and the "token" which may be considered an apptoken or asset?

We have made a huge advancement. SEC regulations are strict against security tokens and we was unable to list our token on exchanges. So now we worked hard and we opened our proprietary scoring, lending, analysis, collection and securitization technology and make it Platform as a Service. Every small bank and professional lender will be able to use it. WISH token now is an access token, we are able to list it now on exchanges. WISH token deposited on the platform needed for lender to create and manage a loan portfolio on the WishFinance Platform. The bigger portfolio the more tokens needed. And WISH token holder who are not moneylenders could rent deposited tokens to lenders and earn revenue share. Please, check our OnePager at the website for more info.

Singapore-based WishFinance announced on Wednesday the global expansion of its blockchain platform. According to the company, this decision was widely applauded by investors who put into the project during the token pre-sale campaign from October 15th to October 25th.
As previously reported, WishFinance has issued more than 100 loans in 2017 during a soft launch with every loan successfully repaid and 0% default rate. The company recently revealed it plans to keep its entire portfolio on the public blockchain, anonymized, so investors can audit its performance at any given time.

There is no doubt that block chain and loan credit cooperation in this respect, can greatly improve the safety and efficiency of the whole system, in fact many Banks also started the development and application of this aspect, because it really brings us great convenience, authenticity.

Based on block chain of small loan companies this year, I think this should be the current demand for more industries, especially a few small areas, block chain can help to better management of personal credit loan company, I believe this will be a promising project.

The website loads pretty smoothly. I haven't conducted a deep dive on this project but at first glance it appears there has been quite a bit of thought and work put into the project. I will be digging deeper into the whitepaper and the team credentials but so far it looks great.

what is the mechanism of compensation of losses from non-payers that provided insurance mutual obligations?

We have an insurance fund to cover us in the event of borrower went bankrupt.

what will be used as collateral on your lending platform?

there have bein several other similar projects that have failed due to not having a way to cover this?

how will you approach this differently to others?

thank in advance

No, we are not using at collateral, but our borrowers are merchants who are connected to POS, and we are connected to the same POS so it is difficult for them not to pay and we deduct 3-5% of every sale they do until our loan is repaid. Together with a neural network powered scoring and the insurance fund to cover us in case of borrower bankruptcy WishFinance has the lowest risk possible in the lending business.

Thanks! Quite an interesting video review.
Some actual news - we have a plenty of publications, some of which will be listed here. And the latest one - the project was mentioned by Nasdaq:

And we've finally started the Bounty Campaign with updated channels, etc. Please, refer: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bountywishfinance-blockchain-lending-platform-2247753
