That is completely true, most of them don't have any use cases and use blockchain as a money grab.ZEEX is not in that company and has a really tangible product with nice benefits and service for people.
I'm not sure if Zeex needs blockchain or not but I'm always confused when a company talks about the blockchain. Sometimes it looks like the boss told them to bring blockchain into their business "just because it is profitable"
I think it's mostly because it offers a lot of opportunities and quick transactions.

I believe that those who hold crypto want an easy solution to spend it from time to time so Zeex is perfect for that. No fiat, no fees, very fast transactions I'd say it is a very good fit for the market. The app is so simple to use you could load it up on your Grandma's phone and she would be able to use it for shopping at her local Tesco's

Hello! Very good idea! But what if the brands located in countries where you cant pay with crypto?
There are so many brands available that you would have to live in middle age to not be able to use ZIX for at least some of the brands

We are actually the first people we know of to bring off-chain assets ( gift cards) onto the blockchain in order to make them easily interchangeable with crypto assets. In addition, we use smart contracts in our protocol, without a blockchain this would not be possible. In the future, there's going to be an API for anyone to issue their own blockchain-based gift cards to transact on-chain. So plenty of benefits.
That additional benefit will be much welcome and can make businesses bloom on the blockchain.
