We are accepting applicants from all over the world. The probability of being chosen if you reside in the UK, Germany, and Russia are higher for the first round due to QA needs and inventory.

The main two reasons are that you can't set a signature and also we require profiles that have some age and trust not newbie accounts that can be set up and spammed.

Sure, but you can ban those newbies from the bounty if they do spam, but I'm sure there are a lot of those that would follow the rules.

Plenty will follow the rules, it's not the issue. The whole point is that it's a signature campaign so people will see the sig....newbies don't have enough room in their sign for anything

All this makes sense, this is simple rules which are understandable, it would be unwise that newbies can easily get the signature...
