Indeed. also this part was discussed recently with a lot of us guessing that unsold tokens will be burnt:

"Unsold tokens will be locked for 24 months and added to the reserve pool for business development use."

24 months is actually not that long. Usually, projects tend to lock the tokens up to 3 years.

Indeed. Seems they are planning ahead to use the remaining tokens to upgrade the platform.

Thank you for this summary. I did not know about these two failed ICOs. Seems connections and good preparation were a must that they lacked.
