Zeex doesn't earn or use revenues from retailers. We don't need to make a sustainable business because we are building a protocol. Zeex as a business is a minor detail in the story and it's only purpose is to make the economy thrive and flourish without the need of us and the company. Zeex will provide financial services to suppliers such as fiat-to-crypto exchange, crypto hedging, fiat loans and consumer marketing services.

am not sure I understand the business model fully. The 0 fee attached to the card appeal to the consumer, but how is Zeex going to make money and sustain the business? Ultimately the success of Zeex will ensure good ROI to investors. Maybe I missed something

It's done within the smart contract. Smart contracts only have two possible outcomes: everything went OK, or something went wrong. If everything went OK, no need for further verification. If something went wrong, everything goes back to square one and no transaction is sent. Either way there's no need to mine, ERC20 tokens support smart contracts and themselves don't need to be mined because the mining happens on Ethereum.

3 years is a reasonable time to prevent early dumps. But I think we won't be seeing any of that with this project.

I agree, this is correct, it is rare that teams locks their tokens for 3 years.
