There is no project or website behind. Only this thread and token were created. To sign up for airdrop you have to pay. For me it's an obvious scam!

hm ,its really looks strange ,its first time i see that need to pay for airdrop even a small amount, at least there should be a reason for this , maybe they need to collect a small money first to create a site and platform...

If you think like that, just wait until 1st of November. In their roadmap, website should be live at this day. You will see that nothing gonna happen. There is nothing behind.
