Hm, I'm not sure what I missed.

My ETH address doesn't have the ALLY tokens and is not listed at "Token Holders":

What I don't understand is how you will allow user to use Voice or data without roaming? I know you will have an app but how will the app tell to the network you are connected to that you will pay with ally token?

Just read about this project seems very interesting because travel is very big part of this area and Tripally team doing hard work for success of this project love to be invested in because its first time I am going to invest in any ICO hopefully this will give good ROI in future
