So long as the currency problems are addressed, transactional throughput that can accurately and efficiently handle IoT devices, and robustness -

is the platform currently in alpha/beta?
We currently have our wearables platform fully developed and a test run using IOTA's infrastructure. Our current development efforts are focused on implementing a multiplicity of protocols.

No as we are the platform but we plan on developing our own solution in the near future.
