Dean is one of the trusted person here. I think he have proven his business in years and betking ico will be one of the most successful ico in industry.

Some of them are outright scams yes, there are quite a few I should have called out. I don't think investors care though, there's a lot of greed right now on both sides. If it was possible I'd short the majority of ICOs.
