What % do you expect poker to generate income? Pokerstars is a huge site, could you try to imitate their success? Will you have MTTs as well as other games than Holdem?
All important projects have team of developers, it is absolutely much better than contractors for the simple reason that contractors leave code that other contractors do not understand due to different coding practices between teams/individuals. How is this better than having a team?

Poker won't contribute to token price through profit as there's no bankroll needed for poker.
However extra poker traffic might cross over to casino games.
I'm in process of finalising a team of developers at the moment. The contractors working now have all been working for 3-4 months with me so it's not just jumping around.
