And I used to use Cryptsy when that shitshow was up and running. Coss.io is like Fort Knox compared to that! Even a Beta exchange today is lightyears ahead of what we were doing only a few years ago.
As a new user the only issue was the length of time for my Bitcoin to deposit (6 hours) but they did say in several places that they move deposits into cold wallets and it does take time so that I could live with.
Everything else went fairly smoothly, not perfectly but it's a Beta version of the exchange and it is where I expect it to be in it's development. It will get better, it just needs to up the marketing and get volume onto the exchange to create a critical mass.

To calm you down and mostly myself...I did get my coins on exchange. Still strange that no one answered my emails...well at the end...all is good.

That's your experience I just made three transactions three hours ago and I don't see or experienced any issue at all, everything went smoothly I transfer btc bought some Coss and transfer it to myetherwallet and no problem at all the security here is tight.
Make sure that you check your confirmation email for making a withdrawal
I made one deposit and withdrawal and every actions are being sent to your email and you also need to confirm to your registered email when you want to withdraw, so I don't see any reason why people will not use this exchange, this is a much better exchange compare to Yobit

At least COSS has tight security unlike many other exchanges and some idiot tried to login to my COSS yesterday but because I have 2fa he can't login but I also received an email telling me that that stupid idiot was trying to hack my account, so COSS is putting security as a no 1 priority and quite rightly so. I hope all those KUCOIN SHILLERS as well just get another room to shill their coin on. They have been fudding COSS so much that it has actually put me off even looking at kucoin.

I like the DAO they've created for the dividends, the decentralized nature of it is brilliant. More popular coins will bring volume surely! I think they need to add Walton, Neo & Metaverse (Popular chinese coins that generate bulk volume)

One feature that all the exchanges have and that coss still doesn't have, is a "Total balance" ..
I mean in every exchange you have a total balance of all the coins that you have , generally in bitcoin(or in dollars in some times)
I think that it is a must for the exchange, among other features.. It is very helpfull for you to evaluate your total investment

I agree with this statement as well total balance is a must've for an exchange these days and just a minor development on the interface so should be easy to implement on the exchanges UI. That is definitely something I think should be released on the final version of the website or sooner if possible. Another thing that I think is a must is the API data so apps like Blockfolio can pull the exchange information and prices better it sucks listing the purchased tokens under a different exchange in the app because the prices are different.
Why do you allow the possibility to withdraw to external wallets only ETH-based tokens and not other coins as well? At least, Bitcoin would be nice to withdraw to our own wallets...
I would think that the transfer fees for ether are far cheaper than that of bitcoin. You can take the ether that is already converted and sell it for bitcoin on the exchange. You could also transfer the ether to another exchange and transfer it to bitcoin.
The DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) can only send erc20 tokens, that's why you can evert all non erc20 tokens to eth. The DAO runs on a smart contract so it will cost a fee of 0.002 eth to send it to your wallet. The DAO is here because this will make the COSS token nog classified as a security which can lead to trouble in the future.
