You should HODL. While hodling, make sure that you link your eth address to your COSS wallet to get weekly payouts.

The only reason an exchange will fail is due to bad management. The amount of new people rolling into the crypto eco system is huge. The demand is massive. There needs to be new exchanges everyday. The COSS team are doing an excellent job so far.
