Their ico sold out very quickly, how come they had unsold tokens can anyone explain??

Because of Hard Cap - once hard cap was reached, they closed ICO, and burn rest of tokens. They planed Hard Cap in 2017, before Ethereum has gain a lot of value.

Right now there is no big exchange and liquidity is limited which is good for some people to pick while it is on smaller trading platforms. Once it hits big exchanges during bullish markets these current price will become part of past for good. I have eyes on this trading market continuously.
