You are right, but here it means that Ripple is a false currency. Ripple is controlled by banks.

Many people do not think Ripple a cryptocurrency. It do not have blockchain, do not have miners, all payment are instant and do not need a confirmation by miners. Banks contral the way of payment. They can stop the payment and freeze the account.

Right now there is growth in all the Crypto-currencies. It is interesting whether this trend will consolidate or it is just a rebound before another collapse.

I hope this is the beginning of a new uptrend. A further fall will delay the recovery of the market for years.
