In any case, these problems do not concern the Ebit project, because they are easily solved.

In your roadmap is written that you will create wallet with more than 40 fiat currencies. Is it true? Don't you need to sign in agreement with each government to realize such idea? I know that the more currencies and digital assets wallet supports, the more problems project has. It's hard enough to realize all purposes and don't make mistakes in code.

Cryptokitties are still very popular. When they overloaded the ETH network (month ago or smth), they were transmitted on the individual blockchain, so now cryptokitties don’t create any jams. Two days ago my friend sent me ETH and transaction extended over 12 hours. But in my case it happened because he gave very small price of gas. Finally, I got my coins.

My transaction yesterday was transferred only after 4 hours... As I know, Ethereum published Q4 report, where were described new records in network. So that information became the main reason of ETH price pumping and network retard.
Meanwhile, this situation shows all ETH problems. And if devs won't solve them, users and ICO projects will use another platforms...

As somebody told "we need banking services, not banks"! I don't believe in banks, because they caused all financial crisis that we have. Rich people only become richer, and people only suffer from financial institutions!
I believe that blockchain services and exchange platform will improve economic system. Projects and teams must do a lot of work, but blockchain future is near.
Yeah, banks understand that blockchain is the beginning of the collapse of the banking system. Full reorganization of the financial system. Banks are very slow and clumsy. In addition, banks are controlled by the States, so they can not respond quickly to changes of the economy. Payment system on the blockchain are much more effectively.

This is a good compensation for the inconvenience. The eBit project has a very responsive manager with quick feedback. Not every team can boast of this. In many projects it is sometimes problematic to solve a particular issue. To solve problems by email or chat support on the site takes several weeks.

The issue was solved, all affected users will receive the missing ebits with additional 10% to compensate for the inconvenience ! 
You solved the problem rather quickly! It shows that the tech team is working hard on the project. Pleased with this.

We are currently experiencing an etherium server overload, so the transactions take much more time to process than they should, please be patient. We are making everything we can to bypass this issue. There may be problems with the amount that will reach you as well - if that will be the case we shall send a recompensation in the amount of 10% of your purchase as soon as the ETH server will start to work properly.
As you can see on the screenshot below we did send you your ebits as soon as the issue was mentioned but the transaction is pending. tech team is working on the issue and is trying to overcome it right now. We hope this will ensure you that we are doing our best.
The same issue may happen to other users as of now. Till previous transaction wont be complited. We are sorry in advance hopefully this will be solved anytime now.

There is an even simpler option - if there is not enough liquidity within the platform that the participants themselves provide, then without real sales on third-party exchanges, it is possible to ensure fast transactions at a fixed rate. We need only hedge the risks of exchange rate changes on exchanges with low commissions. I heard that on a binance exchange if you use their token to make transactions, the commissions are really low.
Yes, I am registered on the Binance. If you use the exchange token to pay commissions, it is only 0.05 percent. I agree with the method you proposed. But here it will be necessary to keep part of the platform's funds on the exchange. The question is whether the platform will get the required level of free funds for this.
