pls you note in purchase page  " As soon as your payment is received in full you will receive email confirmation with order delivery details."  but i had many deposit and all of them completed without received any email !!!!please advice .

I am getting the same problem. I tried to purchase 100 Elektra Coins, but I changed my mind and I wanted 2000 Elektra Coins.
BUT the 100 Elektra coin says complete and I never paid for BUT the 2000 Elektra Coins still says "on hold" that I did however paid for. How long will I get my funds with 2000 Elektra Coins and how long do I have to wait for it? I am confused, I hope everything is going well. Thanks!
My Order #12784 was placed on October 26, 2017 and is currently On hold.

I already bought also eka and i hope this project will become successful in the future and I hope more investor will come to this project so we can make a lot of profit in the future. I hope once release to the market the price will increase more like 5 dollars each eka is better to the first week is good to us . But the high price is good . You need to buy eka if you want to earn more profit.

This is my situation; (transaction #1)  I ordered 1000 coins that show completed.
                               (Transaction#2)I started to order 3500 coins but then changed my mind and deleted from my
                                                       Cart because I wanted to go ahead and buy 5000 coins
                                (Transaction #3) I started the process to order 5000 coins and got interrupted by my work ,
                                                         So the 60 minute hold window had past so I had to start over again,
                                (Transaction #4). I purchased 5000 coins and it's still processing after 2 days
       
                          So now when I go into the My Orders page it shows ;
                          Transaction #1 complete (this is correct)
                          Transaction #2 complete ( this is wrong) I never paid for this , I emptied this out of my cart,
                          Transaction #3 processing( this is wrong) I never paid for this,  I emptied from my cart)
                          Transaction #4 processing ( why). This I paid for and did not complete'

I bought 1250 in elektra but no coins and nothing shows in my orders. I sent and email on Oct 23rd. showing my transaction on the elektra side and my wall with the id of the transaction that completed and haven't heard anything back and still no coins.

I would really like to have my coins that I paid for.
