I'm getting s bit nervous about this ICO.
I FIRST ORDERED 1000 coins , in my account it says complete,
A couple of days later I see an option to buy (3500). Coins and even (5000)coins.
(White paper says 2000 coin limit,,)
So since I saw this option to buy 3500 coins I started the process but changed my mind .. I did not submit payment,
I emptied my cart, THEN I decided to buy the 5000 coins which I eventually did ..
But my account is showing "ORDER COMPLETE for the original 1000 coins witch is correct,,
Then it's showing complete for the 3500 witch I never paid for.
The 5000 that I did pay for is showing processing,
So,,, in my orders, it's showing 4 orders,, I only have 2 orders that I want and paid for,,
The other 2 orders I discarded from my cart but the site never recognized this,,
So in conclusion of my post, I am not trying to "game the system"
It seems to me that whoever wrote the code for the site dropped the ball..
I hope this all gets fixed
"drop the ball" implies that he failed miserably. I disagree. That being said, we admit, we were not prepared for this. You will only be given the coins that you purchased. Each transaction has a unique BTC address that is tied to your account. We will do a blockchain scan of our addresses so we can assign the correct amount of coins to said account.
Can I ask, what will be available in launch? Will the internal exchange be up and running? Thanks again for being a stand up group with great communication!
Please read the whitepaper and roadmap. The wallet will allow transfers. External exchanges are on the roadmap before the internal exchange. The internal exchange is coming along very nicely though and may even be launched prior to when previously thought.
I am getting the same problem. I tried to purchase 100 Elektra Coins, but I changed my mind and I wanted 2000 Elektra Coins.
BUT the 100 Elektra coin says complete and I never paid for BUT the 2000 Elektra Coins still says "on hold" that I did however paid for. How long will I get my funds with 2000 Elektra Coins and how long do I have to wait for it? I am confused, I hope everything is going well. Thanks!
My Order #12784 was placed on October 26, 2017 and is currently On hold.
