As far as I know, they are not based in any of the countries where KYC is mandatory for investors (such as South Korea and Singapore). But it will be better to confirm the same before investing. You can directly ask the question in their Telegram group, which seems to be more active than the ANN thread.

I can't guarantee you anything. Everything depends on the market conditions. In 2017, there were a few ICOs which gave the investors more than 25x returns. The ICO prices are low and I have big hopes for this project.

There is definitely a lot of interest around, but the promoters need to put in a little more effort to advertise their product. The Telegram group is OK, as it has close to 100,000 members. But their Twitter page has only around 5,000 followers and the Facebook page has only 5,000 likes and ~50 reviews.
The project looks so nice and intelligent that it is maintenance. All advisors, technologists, technical and marketing departments, etc., are to be appreciated.

I think this is the kind of project that could greatly help the cryptocommunity, now that the world is having knowledge about cryptocurrency, that it does exist, and that our world is headed towards the use of this currency, it would be a great help if making smart contracts could be a lot easier. If we are headed towards a world where every person is gonna be using these cryptocurrencies, then having smart contracts made easy for everyone is gonna be a must, and that is what this project is all about. I look forward to the success of this project.

Yes this is very true. Lower transaction fees will be the number benefits people can get from ETHL. This is a great project ans will become bigger in thw future no doubt for that.
The project looks solid over all but I will definitely will like to know more about the team behind the project, their faces, background,etc, in order to keep building more trust in the project.
