That's not what it means. It only means that you are not qualified to vote for new projects if you have less than 2k Faba. Thank you for the answer. My bad, I did not go through the WP yet so I see that my question was probably a bit ignorant.

Anyway I like that we can still make some profit even if we don't have 2k USD to invest.

Most likely you are right since it is not the amount of Faba tokens that you need, but 2k USD is what you need to be able to vote.
