Yeah honestly some of these ICO's are really trying to push the possible amount they can raise. Potentially they're also trying to wait out the recent slump in crypto and hope that it peaks back up by October, so they'll be able to raise more and convert it to more USD later in the year.

Lets face it - team now has much less money in usd equivalent. Soft cap was raised when eth eas 500-600. So now 40 mil urned into 20 mil +-

Im not sure about that as most of contributions were made in fiat. Surely crypto holdings decreased in price but not for 20 mil

Are u sure about that?? As fiat deposits were resolved just a month ago...
