It's very pleasant that your team is concerned with the users opinion! Will your project have a reserve fund?

So, who can be an investor of your porject? Because it has great potential, and would gladly take part in it.
According white paper: "accredited investors only and sold pursuant to such investors pursuant to a Simple
Agreement for Future Tokens pursuant to Regulation D, Rule 506(c) of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the
“Securities Act”). During these first four sale stages sales to investors outside the United States will be limited to only
non-U.S. persons as defined under Regulation S of the Securities Act."
That's sad...do they plan to do something with this?
Actually, yes. They said: "The investor restrictions contradict the idea of giving everyone a fair chance to get involved in the GREEN mining
project. However, we have to comply with securities laws and regulations. This is why we’re already working hard
preparing for the Regulation A+ Mini-IPO (Initial Public Offering) which would open participation in the project up to the
public!".

Hi guys! How did you come up with the idea of creating these hybrid systems?

Hi, In my opinion, one of the main reason is the weather situation:
"In much of the United States, wind speeds are low in the summer when the sun shines brightest and longest. The wind is
strong in the winter when less sunlight is available. Because the peak operating times for wind and solar systems occur
at different times of the day and year, hybrid systems are more likely to produce power when you need it. US
Department of Energy. Take a look at the two charts below, comparing peak times for solar vs. wind power"
Combine the solar and wind sytem to get maximum profit during all weather conditions.

Can you briefly tell me what your White Paper is about?
This is what i found:
The purpose of this White Paper is to present the Foleum, Inc. (“Foleum”) Project (defined below) to potential FOL
crystal (token) holders in connection with Foleum’s proposed security token initial crystal offering. The information set
forth below may not be exhaustive and does not imply any elements of a contractual relationship. Its sole purpose is to
provide relevant information to potential crystal (token) purchasers in order for them to determine whether to
undertake a thorough analysis of the company with the intent of acquiring FOL crystals (tokens). All relevant legal
information for any such FOL crystal (token) acquisition will be contained in the applicable Crystal (token) Purchase
Terms, Simple Agreement for Future Tokens, and Crystal (token) Purchase Agreement.

Have you already raised the topic with the difficulties of mining? I would like to know Foleum team opinion of the on this matter. Undecided
"Blockchain difficulties have increased significantly as the interest in Bitcoin, Ethereum and others has evolved. This
presents a clear risk to profitability of any mining operation and requires progressive management to ensure its adverse
effects are minimized. The more popular mining becomes the more the difficulties are likely to rise and the harder it can
be to realize the same quantities but due to the restricted supply of cryptocurrency it is expected that the value of the
mining rewards increases as well." - Foleum white paper.
Yea, im understand that. But i want to know the specifically main probles of blockchain minig in Foleum team's opinion.
Hmm...i see what you mean. Okay, according the white paper and Foleum site info, there is 5 major problems, it is:
Price and Availability of Electric Power
Hardware Acquisition
Thermal Management
Network Outages
and Hardware Failure
I hope that was helpful
Huh, yes it was really helpful, thank you. Good that they're known minig problems, but more important is do they know how to solve it?
Of course, they have their own approach for each problem, they have talked about this many times.
Oh, that's cool then. I think i miss this moment or im just was unobservant  Undecided. So, they have a different,
specific approach for every problem it is quite admirable! Can you, please, repeat for me way to solve
some of this problem's? If it's not burdensome for you.

Don't worry its fine, i'm glad to help. Now, about your question, so for example, let's take look at problem named "Hardware Acquisition"(pretty relevant right now) and problem named "Network Outages".

Hardware Acquisition
Acquiring the hardware components for on the intended scale of the Project would normally be a large concern due to
the popularity of blockchain mining and the limited production capacity of hardware suppliers. There is extremely high
demand for this type of hardware.

     • Through our network of strategic partners, we have been able to secure prioritized access to components such as
GPUs and motherboards in large quantities.

Network Outages
Outages and downtime are inevitable in any mining operating.

     • Our engineers have designed a system with several redundancies to handle failures, and keep the Project running
in response to most network problems and to limit outages and downtime.
