On the other hand, I received the bounty (Signature Campaign) that they promised last April 2018 and I'm very happy to see what it turned out (price-wise) in the past weeks. I don't know what went wrong why you didn't receive your tokens but it would help if you reach out to them in their other social channels like Discord, Telegram and Twitter. Someone will notice the problem that you're experiencing and will probably help you to resolve it.
