Are all gpus allowed to participate?
It is an internal mining server that will be set up so no one else can mine it?

I would like to buy in to get a DBC miner, but there is not enough information about it.

Where did you find any info about an airdrop? I did notice the sharp increase of the price of 20% despite the overall market rather struggling in the last 24 hours, could not find any links to any achievements in the rosdmap or major news.
