The core team is the same since the beginning but we have added more developers for the ICO.

We are always working on improving the Algos. We try all ideas as they come in and backtest it for atleast 5 years of data. If it improves the performance we include it or discard it.

We will start the process right away once we reach the soft cap. But it can take 2-3 months post ICO before it is listed.

Does your team speak at any conferences dedicated to cryptotrading?
No we were trading FX for 8 years before we delved into the cryptotrading. We all have been very busy so far but post ICO we will be dedicating time and resources towards such conferences and road shows.

75% of profit generated by the algorithm will be distributed to the Token sale participants. The other 25% will be reinvested in the Trading Pool to increase the fund capital, and consequently increase the next benefits that are generated.
