I am not a member of the team, but only a participant of the testnet, but as far as I am aware, the team of this very promising and interesting project focuses on the development of the NOIA Network and will start selling tokens at about the same time as launching the mainnet.

Yes, I agree that participation in the testnet can be equated to one of the types of bounty campaign, but I had in mind something different - social bounties, subscription and signature campaigns, blogs, articles, videos, other types of activity that spread the word about your (already our) project.
We are aware of those, I would name, ''old school'' bounty campaigns. We see them as spammy and not solid, so you won't see this type of marketing from NOIA.
