People usually start trading tokens as soon as they get them,they use decentralised exchanges like etherdelta for that.There are ways to stop that,but im not sure its worth it to bother with that as most people wait for official exchange.
Yup. Lot of project are not allowing a token holders selling their tokens in a couple of weeks after the end of ICO otherwise the price for that coin may rapidly dump forever

It is mostly because newbies are quite inexperienced with crpyto and bounties so lot of project don't like to add additional workload by guiding newbies through all the requirements and tasks.

I don't think it could hurt - project should open up more to all users. They are all promoting the project anyway.

Thank you for sharing the information about the presale as I was just about to ask about the bonus structure.It is good to see that bonuses are well structured and are not to excessive, although I believe we would benefit a bit more if ICO duration was a bit longer to let more people see the project and get the chance to invest.

Distribution usually starts after end of the sale,same goes for bounty tokens.
