So, we can't consider this "deals in progress" as raised amount, right?
What might this mean by the way?

Yeah. Im not exactly sure what "soft commitments" exactly are.
Could the team specify what that means.

Everything is obviously there for the investors to see. This is not an empty promise, the demo is up and running and anyone who is smart enough will know that this is an exchange that once it hits the ball rolling, the sky is just the starting point. I see a huge volume on this exchange in a short period of time. This is what I feel we need though, where there would be huge competition among exchanges!
