I think they wrote that they don't want to separate the two. Seems a bit odd as other ICOs usually don't do things like that, but hey, what do I know.

Well,if bounty hunters are supposed to put their reports somewhere else,i dont see no problem with having both bounty and ANN thread together,as goal is the same,to promote Railz.
