This is the first time I see ICO stopped because of legal issues. Thats very unfortunate that this has stopped since it is solid,real project with working product already in market. I saw this project as alternative to stock market.

Afterschool ICO ANN
First of all, we would like to thank everyone for all the help we’ve been getting since we started our ICO. We’re proud of our team and our advisors who came together and all we’ve accomplished in the past two weeks. Together, we’ve raised our goal of 11 M Afterschool tokens, supported by private crypto fund investors and 378 indvidual backers.
However, recent circumstances led us to a decision. After carefully considering the announcement published by the Abu Dhabi Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) last October 9, Afterschool voluntarily suspends its ongoing crowdsale temporarily in order to make sure that we comply to the FSRA guidelines and policies. We are reaching out and once we have clarity, we will be conducting our ICO accordingly.
In the next 24 hours, we will be returning all pledged tokens to our contributors on the similar ETH address that was used for contribution. Please reach out to us on [email protected] for any questions you may have. Our tokensale page will be inactive starting today, 12th October 2017.
It has been an incredible journey and we hope to sort things out soon. We’ll update again. Thank you!

This is something very unusual for ICO at least as far as I have seen.
It seems to me that there is no innovation regarding block-chain use here, but it is used simply to rise funds for company which already exists and is promising.
Which is very positive, its very similar how private companies go public in stock market only in this case they are using blockchain and its a lot cheaper and easier.

I dont see any update from the team recently. Is this project dead or the team vanished with the raised money.? Too many ICO's popping up everyday and I had thought this is a good project.

I think this is the first project which concentrates the issues if children and schools. Will be joining the bounty campaign and looking forward the ico. Hopefully the concept will be implemented soon in some countries.
