According to the whitepaper, new year gifts is 10% from total issued tokens. Ofc I understand there will be very few long-term investors, but where will you get funds to make new year presents for HODL investors in some years when there will be nothing at this fund?

Of course. It will be annual gift for our token holder. If you hold SINT at least one year, you will recieve tokens proportional to your stake with bonus if bought in 1st stage ICO. You may read more in WP or ICO page.
