100% bonus looks very dangerous for skilled investor or trader because of dumping after the ICO. But the price often returns to ICO level and grow after that. Sintez is a really complicated project so I believe it could show great benefits for token holders in middle- and long-term.

May be but usually those who are less understanding and have actually not invested in the project, will likely dump.

The community manager must be someone from the team. Or at least help the community manager quickly. Otherwise how would he know the answers to specific questions?

This delay tactics may not help for long if the dev team don't update information on the site. While I know they are indeed working tirelessly in bringing out the best in the project, I also know that mass communication is as important as every single task they are currently involved in.

It's really hard when you don't have enough money and people to do some project properly and in time. I hope the founders will finish the preparation soon and Sintez developing will start.

100% is not that much with used token distribution model (like at EOS). 100% bonus is active during presale, but there will be two types of bonuses (for early investment + for amount) during the main ICO. So every contribution will have some bonus. Take a look details at the main site at ICO page.
