There are no softcap. 3000 ETH - This is our minimum estimate of the project budget for 1 year.
At the pre-sale at the moment we expect the collection of 200-500 ETH - if we evaluate the dynamics of request from pre-sale form.

In other words the 3000 Eth is for both pre-ICO and main sales?
