The project is quite well thought out. I like the idea with your coin. I'm sure it will have a high value.
The project is great, but the coin value will start with low price and then goes high, since there are more competitors in the market and the development team require to put more efforts in the growth.We all need to promote and spread the news all over the internet so the coin price gradually increases.
Do you mean segwit2x hardfork? There are many people have already started to lose their faith in alts. But I should agree, after the hardfork BTC should be corrected and this will be altcoins renaissance time.

There is good way to make ICO successful. It's producing of artificial deficit of investment. Preliminary registration and so on. But it should been done few months ago. Sintez is valuable project without appropriate advertisement unfortunately... I hope we will achieve the first investment goal at least. This project is uniquely worth to be realized!
