Honestly, after reading your summery, i see your project is similar to many others project out there but they base on ERC20. I hope you can prove that you're different from them in the future.
Let's say I wanted to buy 100,000 SPOT tokens today. My options would be 1) Private sale at $0.33 per token, with a 1 year lock-up or 2) Wait until May 1st and buy the tokens at $0.40 with no lock-up.
Im gonna support and start promoting this ICO. Feels like it will be a successful project because I really love NEO blockchain related. Wishin you all good luck and wanna see it how you bridge the gap between the traditional banking sector as per site mentioned.
There’s one paragraph in the NEX white paper about fiat if I remember. Developers have some insight on the project since they are contributing to CoZ. They don’t have any reasons to believe they don’t have a function in the NEO ecosystem. At this time, there are no fiat exchanges built to focus on the NEO community.

There’s a reason why most exchanges don’t do fiat. It’s hard to maintain kyc/aml requirements to stay compliant. Developers have those relationships established through OTC and now ICO. How many ICO’s accept fiat? Not many.
