We are currently working on developer partnership program. We are looking for software developers to build certain applications (similar to plug-ins) on our platform and share revenue. Here is the summary:

• Approximate time to build the app is around 200 man hours. You will work on the apps in your spare time.
• You create an elegant and useful module (we will give you the topics to choose from).
• It will be deployed on our platform similar to a plug-in.
• Customers in our platform check the app and if they like it, they buy it (monthly revenue).

Sorry, we did not understand the question. Do you mean purchasing SHP tokens with BTC, ETH, LTC, USD? Are you referring to our platform?

Is there a possibility that other payment methods will appear on the ICO in the future or is it completely excluded?

Thank you for reaching out. Here are our comments about the points:

#1: We placed an ad and interviewed a few people. We are still looking for professional medical sales reps who are looking for additional medical lines or products to include in their portfolio.

#2: We had a conference call with SEC recently about regulatory/compliance requirements. Also, we are discussing with a US based attorney. This is a large project and some of the features/functionality will take months to complete the project. MVP (Minimum Viable Product) will be deployed shortly via https://shop.synthiumhealth.com/. We will notify as soon as it is ready.

#3: This is partially dependent/connected with #2. This is also a good size project. We have been working on the critical functionalities and scheduled a product tour with one of our advisers in about two weeks from now. Depending on the feedback from the adviser, we will complete the MVP and shortly after we will be reaching out prospects for beta clients, etc.

Other questions: Acquiring synergistic companies is beyond our budget at this time. We have been working on the guided navigation capabilities and incorporating what we researched into the platform on a periodic basis. There are over 3,588 UDI medical device product groups (excluding what we have prepared earlier). It will take 1000's of man hours to complete the task.

Bounty: We planned to launch phase II of the ICO. We could not announce it due to the confusion around SEC and other regulations. Anyway, if you would like to close your account and claim your bounty rewards, please contact us via the same email ID that you registered with in two weeks. By then, we hope to clear some of the pending tasks. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Of-course the project is live. We are working on few initiatives and enhancements. Here are few details:

1. Sales/Marketing Channel: This is work in progress and we are looking for commissioned sales reps with medical sales experience to contact us via our website https://www.synthiumhealth.com/. If possible, please spread the word out.

2. Retail/crypto options: We are enhancing the platform to allow our suppliers to list/sell their products in retail (direct to public). The products that are enabled for retail option will be accessible via shop.synthiumhealth.com and these products can be searched via search engines such as Google and Bing. We will be accepting major crypto currencies such as ETH, BTC and LTC (in addition to credit card/USD) on behalf of the suppliers.

3. Smart contact management platform POC: Synthium Health is working a new solution called the Smart Contract Management Platform (SCMP). By leveraging Block chain technology, this solution can provide both physical and virtual visibility from the Manufacturer through GPO, Distributor and 3PL, all the way to the Point of Care. Optionally, commissions and rewards can be disbursed automatically by using Synthium’s own utility tokens (SHP) via smart contract option. This end-to-end feature will be especially useful for healthcare providers (such as hospitals, surgery centers, physician offices etc.) manufacturers, GPO’s and others.
