when you look at their whitepaper it indicates there that the hold wallet is similar to staking wallet where you put your AL tokens and youll receive the quarterly dividends from the 40% of alivecasino's quarterly profit. while the multi wallet is similar to other wallet like coinomi where you can create different addresses for different cryptocurrencies that is accepted by their platform.
