This is an interesting question. I'm afraid that we will be able to learn this only at the end of ICO, when the developers will announce the results. So far we either participate in the sale, or just wait.

You can see through Etherscan. It is enough to know the address of the wallet. But, we dont know for sure, they probably can distribute funds to different purses for security reasons.
