Yes, I understand now and indeed I am not from Germany and I am trying to participate in the IEO on the platform.

So this is specifically for German people who can buy tokens? What about foreign countries like me, can I buy tokens?
You can't only if you're in a forbidden country, like other ICO. But if someone doesn't pass KYC is refunded for example.Yes, I understand now and indeed I am not from Germany and I am trying to participate in the IEO on the platform.

The Exchange is just based in Germany and everyone can join and participate in their IEO regardless if your from Germany or not.
So if you're planning to invest then you are free to do so on their chosen IEO platform

This project will do 2 ICO and IEO sales but I don't know on which stock exchange the IEO is located?
It's 2 phases, this means that between the ITO phase and ICO phase, noone is able to buy tokens. It's all an IEO, the exchange (Leondrino) is based in Germany 😊So this is specifically for German people who can buy tokens? What about foreign countries like me, can I buy tokens?

We already have many cryptocurrency which has already capable to be an payment option for everywhere, they all cheap transaction costs, fast and reliable. Why do we need a new one just for restaurants and loyalty programs?
Because we would like to give the opportunity to have a stable price one, not a speculatory one. Would you accept to pay a 5$ pizza in Bitcoin and the day after know that it's like if you'd paid it 20$? Main adoption issue is this volatility, and a merchant would be scared to sell something he pays 5$ with 10$ commercial value and the day after have a crypto value of 4$This is why we want to change it.
Rubens personally lucrated and earned, sometimes, by changing TUSD with USDT, so this is why we want to offer our token, to give 1€ / 1 LEAF in every moment, giving it more trustability.
Anyway we have yet some restaurants using LEAFtokens .

This was a Leondrino naming choice, but technically it's all an IEO, the phases are based on the token class named by Leondrino itself, for more details you could read THIS ARTICLE
Some limitations example are the number of tokens you can buy for every transaction.

I understan your concerns, but as linked in this post, next quoted, we're yet in a real world use status, with some limitations of use, but actually if you're in one of those place in the map, you could use LEAFtokens to pay 😉i am not aware of ONE that has "made it" yet

Your token sale dates mentioned ITO and ICO but title thread says IEO and ICO. So which one is currently happening - ICO, ITO, IEO? And is Leondrino Exchange part of your company? Never heard such exchange.

IEO since we're only on exchange, so money are safe, ITO and ICO are phases. I'm sure you're able to read the whitepaper since it's in PDF
