Many people have never heard of essential oils. Net search on them. You will find that many people are being healed of all kinds of things by essential oils. Pharmaceutical grade turpentine is one of the cheapest of them. Another, even cheaper at times, is witch hazel.

Witch hazel is very common, and has been for hundreds of years. The reason why they add alcohol to it is to denature it, so that people don't use it like they do turpentine as expressed in this thread. If it wasn't denatured by rubbing alcohol, it might put the medical out of business faster than turpentine. But, you can get witch hazel without the alcohol if you try hard enough.

The reason the medical is doing the Covid thing is that it is in its death throes. The medical is going down. How can you tell that turpentine isn't a deadly problem? Anybody who uses it for industry breathes some of the vapors. The vapors don't kill anyone as long as he has fresh air along with them. It's the other chemicals that might be in the turpentine that could be dangerous.

Drinking paint stripper doesn't turn gay people straight.

Secondary Turpentine Oil is around way longer and has broader range of usage. Add some Beeswax and you got yourself a chest rub ointment or for your sprain.  A very well known comercial chest ointment on the market started off with or is just that, beewax tainted with Ol. Terebinthinæ.

With that i got a naked bottle without a cardboard box or included leaflet. The locals must a use it for the common cold or so.
