Also after wallet syncs, if you get some payment, it wont show on your wallet unless you delete %appdata% and start all over again. Wallet doesnt want to update/sync after running it for first time.

And about Exchanges - Novaexchange is good

We don’t know exactly why you have problems, because our wallet works fine. But we just made an update of a wallet. Try to install it and tell us how it goes.
