It's nice to help the needy, but it's hard to understand where and how to allocate funds to be useful ...
This project with a serious team wants to do a complex and very useful job, and the presence of many partners is proof of transparency and truthfulness.
Good luck!  Smiley

Today, Brands are coming up with new approaches to make CSR a part of their DNA, integrated into their business activities. Brands are even shifting from addressing CSR as a responsibility to business as usual. They are emphasising on the social impact they are creating, and how their contributions and efforts really improve society’s welfare.

Brands are also actively participating in CSR because they are banking on the long-term value of building trust with people. Quite simply, Brands care about CSR because their customers do, because their employees do, because the future workforce does.

One of the major issues in Corporate Social Responsibility, one that often prevents Brands from getting involved, is that CSR activities are not measurable in terms of ROI & bottom line returns. Inpactor changes that by introducing CSRm tokens.

We've definitely heard this from the Brands we've worked with; many Brands are very keen to do more CSR work but cannot clearly show the ROI on CSR initiatives. Aside from CSRm, Inpactor will also contribute to this ROI through advertising (whereby they can tap into marketing budgets on top of CSR funds), premium subscriptions that can result in better or more impactful CSR initiatives, and a vendor network as an additional sales channel which can be tracked via CSRm purchases.

How the marketing budgets will be decided by whether you have any offline clients because most of the companies failed to make sustainable ROI through advertising, in this field there is a lot of competition then how can you survive to achieve the desired ROI.

The #INPACTOR team makes a very interesting platform, with which it will be easier for people to use Blokchain's technology. It has  really high rating on ICOguide.com(https://www.icoguide.com/en/ico/inpactor#) which is very convincing.

The project has very serious partners and supporters; universities, major brands, civil society organization which is positive for the project. Nevertheless, the main subject to be served is not sufficiently transparent and is available in many difficulties.

CSRi use cases: Increased financial transparency, more reliable organisations, and accurate impact reporting.
Increased financial transparency
Using blockchain technology, charitable donations can now be made transparently. A distributed ledger can create full insight into the funding process from Brand to Cause inside the Inpactor platform.
CSRi will run on IBM's blockchain platform Hyperledger, which holds several benefits over Ethereum. On Hyperledger, Brands can choose whether their spendings are public or private, Tokens can be tagged to increase transparency further, and transactions costs are lower and much more predictable.

How do you prove or trust that NGOs have created impact? Inpactor's Proof of Impact enables accurate impact reporting by having the project volunteers vote on the report's validity - building community regulated governance.

It was a privilege for Nicole and Fai to be judges on the Taylor's-CIMB Entrepreneurship Programme for the urban poor. RM500,000 will be granted to 100 entrepreneurs to expand their business, build a better life, support their families, and break the cycle of poverty. Great project.

Powered by CSR tokens, Inpactor leverages blockchain technology and smart contracts, effectively solving the 5 key issues in the humanitarian industry, those are Financial transparency, Reliability, Impact reporting, ROI on CSR, and Governance. Great project.

I am really confused about their process because how can they generate the ROI to the people. Transparency is the major thing to every project because most of the companies failed to update the thing to the community. Let's hope the crowdsale will be a success.

Inpactor and CSR Tokens provides incentives for creating social impact for all the stakeholders;
  • Brands receive CSRm every time they successfully fund a project
  • Causes receive performance fees as a reward for executing a successful project
  • Volunteers receive CSRi (which can be converted into fiat or CSRm) after they have volunteered on a project
  • Token holders can receive ROI using our Proof of Stake (PoS)

There's also the ability to use CSRm for Inpactor premium subscriptions, advertising, and within the vendor network.

in regards to financial transparency... yes, it's a major issue and definitely needs to be fixed. But transparency is limited to people who have access to the internet, much less the blockchain. And there's 4 billion people who don't have access - the people we NEED to help. There's a lot more issues than the lack of financial transparency and we're trying to solve all of them.

We'll do everything we can to make this project successful, and radically change the humanitarian ecosystem.

You have given the very brief explanation of the project and your plans, for staking CSRm what was the % of interest we are getting on the yearly basis. Yes, you are right for financial institution need to maintain transparency in order to build the trust from the community.

Hey there, I was looking through the whitepaper and found that 25% of the tokens are reserved for the team & advisors - with 20% going to the team and 5% for advisors. Isn't 20% quite a significant number?

I remember when Endor suddenly changed their team allocation from 10% to 20% and everybody went nuts, with many investors dropping out of the ICO (even my investing pool included).

Thanks for asking the question!

Firstly, we will not be making any changes to the allocations, so no surprises there.

Secondly, 20% is a relatively normal allocation for teams amongst many other whitepapers, ICOs, and token sales. On top of that, the amount that goes to the core team is also subject to change, especially the allocation for cofounders. For example, we recently launched the Incitement Ambassadors Programme whereby 1.5% of the allocation was taken out of the cofounder allocations to reward Incitement Ambassadors.

Thirdly, we find the 5% allocation for advisors  justifiable considering there are 20 of them, and having top-notch industry experience and reputation. E.g. CMO of Versace, or Global Head of Branding from Philips - these are not just any kind of advisors, but they bring an immense amount of knowledge and experience to our project, and of course also a lot of credibility.

Hope this answers your question. Let me know what you think!

The current model isn't working... Despite being technologically advanced over the decades, the current humanitarian ecosystem is still an old-fashioned, centralised, top-down, system.
Inpactor intends to replace that ecosystem with one that is smart, reliable, transparent and measurable. This is your invitation to join a new era of humanitarianism with Inpactor - powered by CSR Tokens.
