Thanks. With the above mentioned settings of dmswjd008 (thanks) the syncing has finished. It did not however deliver my JEW's in my desktop wallet.

I guess I'll just have to wait for the masternodes then?

this will be a masternode coin also? i did not find that info on the ann. this is good to know. masternodes are a good way of earning crypto assets

My bad, i'm not sure when masternodes start, but yes this is a masternode. Staking starts at the 100,000th block

It looks like the bilbotel pool could not reach. I've just realized my miners there already stopped in almost 1 day.

This error will go away once master nodes are enabled next month. You can still send funds and use the wallet per usual even at 75%

New to crypto mining. I apologize in advance for the stupid question. After I run start.bat from the Shekel directory, the program starts and down at the bottom it says, "synchronizing masternode winners Synchronizing additional data: 75%". I have restarted it. I have let it sit for hours but it stays at 75%. I saw in the forum people recommended adding these lines to the shekel.conf file:

For those having wallet sync errors: We have done testing and all is working fine if you add nodes. For those still having issues check your debug log: if there is message "connection closed by remote host" means your firewall is on or ports not forwarded. I totally agree with your decision. I'm sorry that you could not get it working. Were working on a new wallet update that will also fix the current issues, but until then you have to add the nodes manually. As much as we'd all love to have you on board, realistically this project is still its early development stage, and anyone expecting a coin with 0 problems should not be investing in it in the first place. I hope that you will keep watch though for when things are more stable
