KarmashareLLC is not active at this moment. We have tons of projects but they are not ready. Some are in beta some are sill in core development status, some need additional investment to continue. Eventually the LLC will be used for members to Vote their opinion.

for example in near future we will have some thing like " Should the LLC take this ______ path. Vote Yes or No! " and users will vote with their sharepoints. On average one user invested more then once. so they will have to verify by sending the signed message that they own this many total shares and are entitled to this many vote points

If Karma wallet is not synching Try to do what the video above suggests: click “help” click “debug window” click “console” type these in the command line at the bottom of the window that will pop out:

If the above did not solve the problem, download a working peers.dat, mediafire: http://www.mediafire.com/download/vry3yj0azha45de/peers.dat Close Karma wallet, copy this file and paste it in this folder: C:\Users\ed\AppData\Roaming (copy that and run it in the RUN DIALOG BOX of Windows) look for KARMA folder and paste the peers.dat replacing the old one.

in your wallet go to help | debug window | console and type in:

addnode altcoin.dk:9432 add

addnode altcoin.dk:9436 add

close the popup window, wait for your wallet to start syncing.Wait up to 15-30 mins

I need help!!

I have couple of hundreds of Karma coin which is on exchange. Now since Karma is doing good, I wanted to transfer all coins from exchange to my local desktop wallet.

I downloaded Karma-v0.8.6.2.5 Windows wallet from http://karmacoin.me/; but unfortunately I am not getting connected to Karma network. Is it something I am doing wrong?

Also I am not sure what people are talking about? Is it necessary to convert karma coins to karma shares? I mean is it a compulsion? I don't wish to convert my coins to shares for sure?

When exchanging your coins to karmashares, you simply send it to the proper Karma address. But once the profit shares are to be sent out to karmashare holders like you, it is important for you to send a BTC Address with your signature. This is to ensure that the sender of KARMA and the claimant of the profit share is one and the same.

as far as I am aware of, you dont have to. It is important that you send it from the local wallet and not from an exchange. Please pm Kosmost with the txid and your btc payout address after you did the transaction. Sorry for the delay in answering your question. I understand what you say.
Right in crytoworld. There is no reason to hold share
It's slow compare with pump and dump coins
But I think there will be a big wipe out season around clone coins
Then trading incomes decreased I think.
Then the 'bitcoins' from LLc is good reason to hold.

But most important thing is the real value of LLc.
And sustainability. If karmacoin has sustainability, the LLc industries goes well
on this foundation. Then, the it's not to late to chage coins to karma.
But to change the multiple share changing portion to make more people change
coins into share is considerable!

Can I Still Participate After May 10, 2014?
Of course. We are reserving points for all 92 billion coins. But keep in mind that if you want shares after May 10, 2014 you'll only get a 1.75x point multiple when you exchange coins.

So, you get 1 point for 1000 coins which will be multiplied by 1.75.
If you have suggestions how to improve and make more transparent the info on all KARMA sites make a proposal to KarmaTeam, but try not to just throw "simply not true".
Actually, the most important thing in Content Management and Knowledge Management is to have the same info on all information resources. So, yes, it is very important what is written on OP here. It is equally important to all KARMA sites, pools, forums, etc. I presume that you are fan of "Vampire diaries ", "Twilight" and "True Blood". I am also. lol. New blood will come, don`t worry. About who is reading and who is not. Actually I doubt that somebody has statistics who is reading what. So we can`t just throw that "nobody is reading here or elsewhere". BTW, a very good idea came from this. If somebody can accumulate data stats for all KARMA sites and here, it will be invaluable from marketing perspective.
Of course with the growing of KARMA the coin, raising funds and develop projects, new investors will come. And believe me, they will not  be small time so called "whales" because they run 1000 or 2000 bitcoins for speculations. As you know KARMA is ment to be and will be multi billion corporation and if I paraphrase somebody known to us, I will say that in this future time only the glass of your watch will be worth hundreds of bitcoins. We are not talking here of some home guy struggling to compile a wallet to start new clone. The Dev team knows what they are doing. They are just like you and me, but having vision, knowledge and skills that we don`t have. So we should trust them. As you know many thousands of dollars came from their pockets to create Karmashares and to revive KARMA. I am sure that they will figure it how to make shares possible and easy to trade. Let them first catch breath, enjoy the great things they have achieved and continue to path they have chosen. We all want shares to be able to trade. We are not insane not to. Resources are limited, so they must be pointed into the proper task, not scattered in many different directions.
Of course revenue for early adopters will be 50-100x than current prices. And current investors will get 50-100 more revenue than the people who will buy at 300-600 satoshi. This is obvious. I don`t understand why should we discuss it. Is it just a reminder to those who still don`t have shares and KARMA to hurry? Karmashares are very, very attractive. They are not less attractive than yesterday or two moths ago. So, if somebody missed to buy, tell them to hurry, until KARMA the coin is still on this low levels. Understand one thing. This idea of Karmashares is genius. It helps the coin and vice versa. So, it is just the opposite. Share holders helps coin holders and coin holders helps Karmashares holders. Go to our forum discussion to see how funding will be maintained and you will understand this concept.
