whoa...

77 BTC trading volume in coinmarket and same in mint...well min is down so i can't confirm but..yeah. with in 24 hrs over 150 BTC.. now thats what up

Yeah, this is LEAF-like numbers Smiley

What do you think about the rate? Good time to buy?

Yes, if you look at the numbers it is lower than leaf currently but has more future amount. Neither have reached their potential and both are have a lower total coin than doge--which had a lot of hype and fall, being a meme.  Mooncoin which has a 300bil end volume (more than 3x this coin and much more for leaf) has been sitting at 1.5 current prices with no real development other than 'jump on the high rewards!'  I've sold around 15mil to pay bills but am holding much, much more than that and don't plan on dumping any time soon.  Much more shouldn't be a fear either, I've dropped 30-100k+ mhashes into this since day one, so its not like there are lots of huge dumpers ready to go--including the devs with no premine and their pool being ddosed the first day.

I'm here because I really like the idea, and I think many others as well.  Every coin has the potential but what is done with it is the end result.  To again compare to doge, many things were done with it because people wanted it to succeed, but the hype, the fun, and the wanters lead to where it is.  In my opinion it doesn't have the general idea of karma behind it and will fade away as all memes do while the idea of giving karma has a lasting idea.

People will be back after the diff change again and then they will have the gravity well installed so we should be good.
Yeah I know, But with the people leaving that means the nethash goes down so the longer we will be stuck at this difficulty.

Edit: Can some one explain what gravity well is? I searched it and only got coins that use it but not an explanation of what it is.

Difficulty changes per block, so by aiming huge hash at the coin you raise the difficulty, but as soon as the last block with that hash rate is over the difficulty changes again, and next block again, making the reward more consistent with the consistent hash rate.

Spread the Karma guys, get more people involved.  We can do some great things with this coin.  Love the idea of helping other people out.  One thing I have hated about how the world is changing is that too many people care about themselves and don't just stop to be considerate to others.

Question - why would a mining pool have orphaned credit (payout) transactions?

Just checking my pool - over the last 3 days I have about 50k karm worth of credits that were 'orphaned'.

Why would payouts be orphaned, how can I get them back?

Google orphaned block crypto
I understand what an orphan block is, in that someone has solved it before you thanks to network speed etc.
I'm sure I have plenty of invalid shares and block solves just like everyone else.

But if we're mining in a pool, aren't our payouts based on successful shares?

So why would a payout transaction be orphaned? That's what I'm seeing.

Some pools pay out orphans based on their pay out settings.  Many make it up in fees, to keep things consistent for their members.
