I don't like it either but they're meeting a market need. They also have overhead expenses to meet. If they can use some of those funds for additional security then it would be good. Regardless, until a better system comes along that the way it is on most exchanges.
But surely you're not bribing people on this thread

I think we should test some slogans to go along with the new logo we'll have in <10 days. As you can see from my draft website I've put "Do Good. Be Great." to see how it looks. I've also made up a new header image design for the r/karmacoin subreddit here: http://i.imgur.com/4fcTWaU.png
We can test this with others in a few days I think (we're too involved in the project to really know what outsiders would be interested in). Hopefully the communications team can put together a survey or something (maybe a poll on SurveyMonkey or a query on Mturk to get 50-100 responses from people worldwide?)
