I also agree that 1000 KTN withdrawal fees is crazy...

I also think that is borderline stealing...

How many will they get from the withdrawals?

100,000?
500,000?

hey kabayan, with this swap do i need to withdraw everything that i have inside my xcp? or it can still be stored inside my wallet im not sure if i can use MEW for this swap or i need to dl
eth wallet inside my laptop?

Sorry, I am not familiar with MEW, all you need is an ETH address from an ETH wallet that is TOKEN capable.
Yes, you have to transfer all your KTN(xcp) if you want to get the new token.

No pictures? English is not so good that some people can't understand it.

First get an Ethereum wallet that can handle KTN.

Be sure to save the following: YOUR ACCOUNT NAME, YOUR PASSWORD, YOUR ETH ADDRESS and YOUR RECOVERY SEED.

Once you got that, you can use the XCP address found on the swap request page to transfer ALL YOUR KTN(xcp).

If you have done the above, all you have to do is FILL UP the form and you're done.

Does this mean, I have to download ETH wallet, sync and then give you my new ETH address in SWAP web form/page?

Yes that is correct, those ETHEREUM wallets that can hold TOKENS are given on the wallets link page.
(Take note, there is no way to check if your wallet address is token compatible, so your tokens will be sent to the address you will provide, nonetheless.)

By the way to make your XCP token transfer as cheap as possible, use the CUSTOM FEE of Counterparty wallet.

It enables the transfer that otherwise will not go thru on the other 2 fee options.

The fee can be as low as 10.

-east

this mean sending fee only 50 satoshi, is enough send karma token

iam vote swap 3 month, if one year very long time
i hope before swap can open ico selling, so can competitive in market exchanger

how i can exchange or swap karma token xcp to karma token etherum

Little confused.
3. Copy your Ethereum Wallet address. (Be sure that the wallet you are using is ETHEREUM TOKEN COMPATIBLE. Paste that address twice on the proper fields of the swap form.

1000 KTN withdrawal fees is insane. I am not sure how many KTN are held in Mercatox exchange. Well, Mercatox is making good amount of KTN for free in lure of fees, I must agree.

Hey guys, I got some KTN on an exchange... Do I need to do anything? (Read of a swap...) If yes, until when and is it recommended?
Does someone have a slack-invite?

Okay,

Mercatox exchange has been keeping KTN on MAINTENANCE mode for some months now, I am happy to announce that their backend technicians have finally found the time to enable WITHDRAWAL of KTN, just in time for our KTN(xcp) to KTN(eth) swap period.

Withdraw your KTN to your OWN KTN(xcp) wallet first, do not send directly from the exchange(MERCATOX).

Then follow the directions found here: https://www.karmatoken.net/karma-to-karmatoken

GL everyone.

Thanks east, glad to see that mercatox open wallets to withdraw ktn! Its great, now we can participate in swap without problems. Waiting for adding eth based ktn to the new exchanges.

Nope, it will not cost 50 satoshis, the number is PER BYTE so you can put as low as 10 in that field, which would translate into about 25 US cents for the transaction.

I hope it is clearer. Thanks for the vote!

Here is the page to request the swap: https://www.karmatoken.net/karma-to-karmatoken

yes that would be enough

Thanks a lot!  Wink

In my opinion, it is a bit misleading because the field had to be called "Block number*" rather than "TX ID of the Transaction*".
Anyway. It's good to know, because others will get stuck.

Greetings.

No problem, I have edited the form to say "Block Number" on the TX ID field. Please be sure you click the SUBMIT button, otr your swap request will not get recorded.

Hi,

Txlist Hash! Is this the TX ID of the Transaction*?

or Where i find the TX ID of the Transaction*?

Thanks

Hi @DStefanov,

Within your counterparty wallet history, the best one to get would be the "Block Number", the transaction will show up when we check that one up.
