This worked for me in the same situation :

Note! It is recommended to take backup of your Native Mode Komodo wallet separately and periodically.

In order to uninstall Agama from MacOS manually:

Step 1: open Terminal

Step 2: delete ini file with sudo command: `sudo rm /etc/SuperNETOrg-AgamaApp.ini`

Step 3: sudo command will ask for logged in osx username's password

Step 4: once deleted try installing Agama from installer again

Thanks a lot. Deleting SuperNETOrg-AgamaApp.ini worked out for me. I was sure I missed to remove a file but would never thought it is stored in /etc/ directory.

Any advice from the developers on what data the tool is relying on to identify whether there is a version installed or not. I believe in this KMD platform and KMD can fly to the moon if dICO of Monaize project get a big support by many Investors and the crypto community as well.
